Received the shoes i won on sizelaunches in a bag and not double boxed, the box was completely damaged and i then emailed size to express my annoyance at this and have not received a reply, not very good at all

Had so mamny orders cancelled, lost, damaged, sent used goods, damaged good that I have lost count. Even their executive team are shocking at resolving issues blaming customers for not understanding how they work. They are the single worst retailerfor trainers

First and last time I order with Size - ordered a birthday present to be delivered on the day. On the day I get a cancelation email with no reason. very poor!

Only fault was didn't accept my NHS discount. Should make it clearer not all items are included

Customer service is none existent and you just cancel raffle orders when and where you feel like and hold money for almost a week. Overall one of the worse adidas outlets ever in my opinion.

Ordered x 2 pair of trainers over week and a half ago, not received either. Chased the order up to be told one lost in transit, no more in stock so was refunded. The second pair I have not received when size are telling me they have been delivered and it is now under investigation! Ridiculous, will not be using size again

Ordered socks and a pair of trainers. As soon as I placed the order, it's says in the description it's only 3 individual socks not 3 pairs. Emailed customer service to cancel the socks order. They emailed me back assuring that I will get 3 pairs not 3 individual socks. After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!

Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me. And will they apply 10% on future purchase!
Are you being serious! I will never ever shop with you again.

I bought Air Force 1 QS last week, then DHL delivered it to wrong address i contacted Size? Customer service & took them 5 days to reply my email, but luckily the neighbor who found my package on his front door brought the package to my place, after i open the package, i found out that that box was demage, they ship the shoes without double box, so it was just the shoe box covered by black plastic, that’s so riskyI will never buy something from this store ever again
